This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP” or “Policy”) explains the rules that apply to the use of Galla.app, including our website, SaaS platform, applications, APIs, dashboards, modules, integrations, support services, WhatsApp marketing tools, ecommerce development services, warehouse management tools, POS billing tools, and related services. 

This Policy is issued by Treewalker Digital Private Limited (“Treewalker Digital”, “Galla”, “Galla.app”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). 

By accessing or using Galla.app, you (“Customer”, “User”, “you”, or “your”) agree to comply with this Policy. If you are using Galla.app on behalf of a company, firm, proprietorship, partnership, organisation, or legal entity, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to this Policy. 

This Policy forms part of our Terms of Service and should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Data Processing Addendum, Subprocessor List, WhatsApp Marketing Policy, Security Policy, SLA and Support Policy, Data Retention and Deletion Policy, and any applicable order form, quotation, invoice, statement of work, or written agreement. 

1. Purpose of this Policy 

Galla.app is built to support lawful, secure, reliable, and responsible business operations for retail, warehouse, billing, inventory, ecommerce, customer communication, and integrations. 

The purpose of this Policy is to: 

  1. Protect Galla.app, our customers, users, partners, and infrastructure. 
  2. Prevent illegal, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorised use of the platform. 
  3. Ensure responsible use of POS billing, warehouse management, WhatsApp marketing, ecommerce, APIs, and integrations. 
  4. Maintain trust, security, privacy, and service reliability. 
  5. Reduce spam, fraud, data misuse, platform abuse, and regulatory risk. 
  6. Define activities that are not permitted on Galla.app. 
  7. Explain our rights to investigate, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this Policy.

2. Scope 

This Policy applies to all use of Galla.app, including: 

  1. Website access. 
  2. Account registration. 
  3. Retail Management module. 
  4. POS Billing module. 
  5. Warehouse Management module. 
  6. Inventory Management module. 
  7. WhatsApp Marketing and Customer Communication module. 
  8. Ecommerce Development and Managed Ecommerce Services. 
  9. Third-party integrations. 
  10. APIs, webhooks, and developer tools. 
  11. Dashboards, reports, exports, and analytics. 
  12. Implementation, onboarding, migration, training, support, and maintenance. 
  13. Any data uploaded, imported, entered, synced, generated, transmitted, stored, or processed through Galla.app. 
  14. Any action taken by customer admins, users, employees, contractors, vendors, agents, or authorised representatives. 

You are responsible for ensuring that all users under your account comply with this Policy. 

3. General Acceptable Use

You may use Galla.app only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with: 

  1. This Policy. 
  2. Terms of Service. 
  3. Privacy Policy. 
  4. Data Processing Addendum. 
  5. Applicable subscription plan or agreement. 
  6. Applicable laws and regulations. 
  7. Third-party platform terms. 
  8. Industry-specific rules applicable to your business. 
  9. WhatsApp, payment gateway, ecommerce, marketplace, logistics, ERP, SMS, email, and other third-party provider policies. 

You must use Galla.app in a way that is honest, lawful, secure, respectful, and commercially reasonable.

4. General Prohibited Use

You must not use Galla.app to: 

  1. Violate any law, regulation, court order, government direction, or third-party right. 
  2. Engage in fraud, cheating, deception, impersonation, forgery, misrepresentation, or unlawful business activity. 
  3. Send spam, unsolicited marketing, deceptive communication, phishing messages, or abusive messages. 
  4. Process unlawfully collected personal data. 
  5. Upload purchased, scraped, stolen, unauthorised, or illegally obtained contact lists. 
  6. Sell, promote, facilitate, or support illegal goods or services. 
  7. Misuse POS billing, tax, invoice, inventory, warehouse, ecommerce, or customer communication features. 
  8. Interfere with Galla.app security, availability, performance, or infrastructure. 
  9. Attempt unauthorised access to any system, account, API, database, network, or data. 
  10. Reverse engineer, copy, clone, resell, or misuse the platform. 
  11. Use Galla.app to build or support a competing product without written permission. 
  12. Upload malware, viruses, ransomware, worms, spyware, or harmful code. 
  13. Abuse APIs, automation, bots, scripts, integrations, or bulk processing. 
  14. Use the platform in a way that harms Galla.app, other customers, end users, third-party providers, or Treewalker Digital Private Limited. 

5. Illegal or High-Risk Business Activities

You may not use Galla.app to support, promote, sell, distribute, or manage illegal or prohibited activities. 

The following are prohibited unless expressly permitted in writing by Treewalker Digital Private Limited and allowed under applicable law and third-party platform policies: 

  1. Illegal drugs, narcotics, controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia. 
  2. Counterfeit goods or fake branded products. 
  3. Stolen goods or goods obtained through unlawful means. 
  4. Weapons, firearms, ammunition, explosives, or restricted defence items. 
  5. Human trafficking, exploitation, forced labour, or illegal recruitment. 
  6. Adult sexual services, prostitution, escort services, or sexually exploitative content. 
  7. Child sexual abuse material or any content involving exploitation of minors. 
  8. Hate speech, extremist content, terrorism-related content, or violent radicalisation. 
  9. Gambling, betting, lottery, casino, or games of chance where not legally authorised. 
  10. Money laundering, hawala, tax evasion, bribery, or corruption. 
  11. Fake documents, forged certificates, fake IDs, or fraudulent paperwork. 
  12. Phishing, scams, fake investment schemes, Ponzi schemes, or pyramid schemes. 
  13. Unauthorised financial services, lending, investment advice, trading, or crypto schemes. 
  14. Products or services that violate consumer protection, health, safety, or public interest laws. 
  15. Any business or activity prohibited by payment gateways, WhatsApp/Meta, marketplaces, ecommerce platforms, logistics providers, or other connected third-party services. 

Treewalker Digital Private Limited may restrict or reject use cases that create legal, regulatory, security, reputational, or operational risk.

 

6. Regulated Goods and Services 

Certain goods or services may be regulated and may require licenses, approvals, age verification, prescriptions, statutory notices, special handling, or platform approval. 

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your business has all required approvals before using Galla.app for regulated products or services. 

Regulated categories may include: 

  1. Medicines, medical devices, healthcare products, or pharmacy operations. 
  2. Food, beverages, packaged goods, or nutraceuticals. 
  3. Alcohol, tobacco, nicotine, vaping, or age-restricted products. 
  4. Jewellery, precious metals, stones, or high-value goods. 
  5. Financial services, lending, insurance, or investment products. 
  6. Chemicals, pesticides, fertilisers, or hazardous materials. 
  7. Cosmetics, personal care products, or products with health claims. 
  8. Electronics, batteries, devices, or goods requiring certification. 
  9. Imported goods requiring customs, labelling, or certification compliance. 
  10. Any product requiring FSSAI, BIS, Legal Metrology, drug licence, GST, import licence, or other statutory compliance. 

Galla.app provides software tools only. We do not verify, certify, or guarantee that your products, services, labels, licences, invoices, claims, or business practices comply with law. 

7.  Privacy and Personal Data Restrictions 

You must not use Galla.app to unlawfully collect, store, upload, import, process, disclose, sell, or share personal data. 

You must not: 

  1. Upload personal data without lawful basis. 
  2. Upload personal data without required consent or notice. 
  3. Upload personal data collected through scraping, purchase, theft, or unauthorised sources. 
  4. Use personal data for purposes not disclosed to the individual. 
  5. Use personal data for unlawful marketing, spam, harassment, fraud, or profiling. 
  6. Upload excessive personal data not required for your business purpose. 
  7. Upload children’s data without lawful basis and required consent. 
  8. Upload sensitive or special category personal data unless necessary, lawful, and properly protected. 
  9. Share login credentials or export personal data to unauthorised persons. 
  10. Use Galla.app to violate privacy rights of customers, employees, vendors, suppliers, ecommerce buyers, WhatsApp recipients, or business contacts. 

You are responsible for providing privacy notices, obtaining consent where required, handling user rights requests, and complying with applicable data protection laws.

 

8. Prohibited Sensitive Data 

Unless expressly agreed in writing, you must not upload or process the following through Galla.app: 

  1. Full payment card numbers or sensitive payment authentication data. 
  2. Bank account passwords, UPI PINs, OTPs, or financial credentials. 
  3. Health records not required for the service. 
  4. Biometric data. 
  5. Government identity documents not required for the service. 
  6. Criminal record data. 
  7. Data revealing religion, caste, race, ethnicity, political opinions, trade union membership, sexual orientation, or similar sensitive attributes unless strictly lawful and required. 
  8. Children’s personal data unless lawfully collected and protected. 
  9. Highly confidential employee records not required for use of Galla.app. 
  10. Password lists, access tokens, private keys, or secrets not required for integration. 

If such data is uploaded, you are fully responsible for its lawful processing, protection, and deletion. 

9. WhatsApp Marketing Acceptable Use

If you use Galla.app for WhatsApp marketing, customer communication, campaigns, templates, automation, or message tracking, you must comply with all applicable laws and WhatsApp/Meta policies. 

You must: 

  1. Send messages only to recipients who have provided valid consent where required. 
  2. Maintain opt-in records where required. 
  3. Provide opt-out or unsubscribe options where required. 
  4. Honour opt-out, unsubscribe, and withdrawal requests promptly. 
  5. Use approved templates where required. 
  6. Ensure that message content is truthful, lawful, clear, and not misleading. 
  7. Maintain accurate business identity and contact information. 
  8. Avoid excessive, irrelevant, repetitive, or abusive messaging. 
  9. Monitor complaints, blocks, opt-outs, and recipient feedback. 
  10. Follow WhatsApp Business terms, messaging rules, and prohibited content rules. 
  11. Keep your WhatsApp Business profile accurate and not misleading. 
  12. Use customer data only for the purpose for which it was collected. 

You must not: 

  1. Upload purchased, scraped, rented, stolen, or unauthorised contact lists. 
  2. Send spam or unsolicited promotional messages. 
  3. Send misleading offers, fake discounts, fraudulent claims, or deceptive messages. 
  4. Impersonate another business or misrepresent your identity. 
  5. Send phishing, malware, scam, investment fraud, or financial fraud messages. 
  6. Send abusive, threatening, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or violent content. 
  7. Send messages promoting prohibited goods or services. 
  8. Bypass WhatsApp limits, template rules, quality rules, or account restrictions. 
  9. Use Galla.app to evade a WhatsApp ban, suspension, quality restriction, or enforcement action. 
  10. Use WhatsApp messaging in a way that causes complaints, regulatory risk, or platform abuse. 

Treewalker Digital Private Limited may suspend WhatsApp-related features if your usage creates spam risk, policy risk, delivery risk, account restriction risk, legal risk, or reputational risk. 

10. POS Billing Acceptable Use

If you use Galla.app for POS billing, invoicing, retail billing, sales records, tax fields, or customer records, you must use the platform honestly and lawfully. 

You must not use Galla.app to: 

  1. Generate fake invoices. 
  2. Create false GST invoices. 
  3. Create duplicate, backdated, misleading, or fraudulent invoices. 
  4. Manipulate sales, tax, discount, or payment records for unlawful purposes. 
  5. Hide sales, suppress revenue, evade tax, or misrepresent business turnover. 
  6. Generate invoices for illegal, counterfeit, restricted, or prohibited goods. 
  7. Misstate HSN/SAC, GST, product details, quantities, or prices intentionally. 
  8. Use false customer details or vendor details. 
  9. Create sham returns, fake refunds, or false credit notes. 
  10. Support money laundering, circular trading, invoice fraud, or tax fraud. 

The customer is responsible for correct tax configuration, invoice format, GST details, product master data, pricing, discounts, and statutory compliance. 

11. Retail Management Acceptable Use 

If you use Galla.app for retail management, you must ensure that product, customer, vendor, store, sales, and purchase data is lawful and accurate. 

You must not: 

  1. List or sell prohibited products. 
  2. Use false product descriptions. 
  3. Mislead customers about price, discount, warranty, origin, expiry, or availability. 
  4. Sell counterfeit or unauthorised branded goods. 
  5. Use customer data without permission. 
  6. Manipulate customer loyalty, discounts, offers, or return records fraudulently. 
  7. Maintain false vendor or purchase records. 
  8. Use Galla.app to hide illegal sourcing or unlawful sale of products. 
  9. Use customer records for unrelated marketing without consent. 
  10. Violate consumer protection, product labelling, or pricing laws. 

12. Warehouse Management Acceptable Use 

If you use Galla.app for warehouse management, inventory, stock movement, barcode, QR code, RFID, dispatch, putaway, picking, packing, or logistics workflows, you must use it for lawful and accurate warehouse operations. 

You must not: 

  1. Manipulate stock records fraudulently. 
  2. Create false inward or outward records. 
  3. Falsify dispatch, delivery, transfer, or stock adjustment records. 
  4. Use Galla.app to support theft, diversion, black-market sale, or illegal storage. 
  5. Hide stock loss, expired goods, damaged goods, or prohibited goods through false data. 
  6. Misuse barcode, QR code, RFID, scanner, or handheld device workflows. 
  7. Disable or bypass audit logs, where available. 
  8. Use another user’s login to hide warehouse activity. 
  9. Upload unlawful product, vendor, recipient, or dispatch data. 
  10. Use warehouse workflows for illegal, hazardous, restricted, or unauthorised goods. 

You are responsible for physical stock verification, staff training, process discipline, scanner usage, hardware maintenance, and reconciliation between system stock and physical stock. 

13. Ecommerce Acceptable Use 

If Treewalker Digital Private Limited provides ecommerce development, store setup, managed ecommerce, or ecommerce integration services, you must ensure that your ecommerce business is lawful and compliant. 

You must not use Galla.app or ecommerce services to: 

  1. Sell illegal, counterfeit, stolen, restricted, or prohibited products. 
  2. Mislead customers through false descriptions, fake reviews, fake scarcity, or fake discounts. 
  3. Hide mandatory product information. 
  4. Violate consumer protection laws. 
  5. Misrepresent return, refund, replacement, warranty, or cancellation terms. 
  6. Use false product images, false brand claims, or misleading origin claims. 
  7. Collect payment without intent to deliver. 
  8. Use payment gateways for unauthorised or prohibited transactions. 
  9. Violate marketplace terms. 
  10. Violate shipping, labelling, import, export, product safety, or legal metrology requirements. 
  11. Use buyer data for unauthorised marketing. 
  12. Use ecommerce websites for phishing, fraud, malware, or fake business activity. 

You are responsible for product legality, pricing, claims, images, descriptions, warranties, return/refund policy, shipping policy, consumer-facing legal pages, and payment gateway/marketplace compliance.

14. Third-Party Integration Acceptable Use 

Galla.app may integrate with ERP, accounting, Tally, ecommerce, marketplace, payment gateway, logistics, WhatsApp, SMS, email, analytics, cloud, or custom systems. 

You must: 

  1. Connect only third-party accounts you are authorised to use. 
  2. Maintain valid licences, permissions, API keys, and credentials. 
  3. Use integrations only for lawful business purposes. 
  4. Review data before relying on it for billing, tax, accounting, warehouse, or compliance use. 
  5. Protect API keys, access tokens, credentials, and secrets. 
  6. Remove integrations that are no longer required. 
  7. Inform us if an integration credential is compromised. 

You must not: 

  1. Connect accounts without authorisation. 
  2. Use integrations to access data you are not permitted to access. 
  3. Use stolen, leaked, or unauthorised API credentials. 
  4. Bypass third-party rate limits, access controls, or security restrictions. 
  5. Sync unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent data. 
  6. Use Galla.app to violate third-party platform terms. 
  7. Use integrations to scrape, harvest, or mass collect data without permission. 
  8. Overload, attack, or disrupt third-party systems through Galla.app. 

15. API and Developer Acceptable Use 

If you use Galla.app APIs, webhooks, API keys, developer tools, or custom integrations, you must use them responsibly. 

You must not: 

  1. Share API keys publicly. 
  2. Embed secret keys in public code repositories. 
  3. Use APIs for scraping, spamming, data harvesting, or unauthorised automation. 
  4. Exceed API rate limits or usage limits. 
  5. Attempt to bypass authentication, authorisation, or billing controls. 
  6. Use APIs to access another customer’s data. 
  7. Probe, scan, or test Galla.app systems without written permission. 
  8. Send malicious payloads, injection attacks, or harmful requests. 
  9. Use bots or scripts that degrade platform performance. 
  10. Reverse engineer APIs or undocumented platform behaviour. 
  11. Resell API access without written permission. 
  12. Use APIs to build a competing product using Galla.app data, workflows, or features. 

We may suspend, rotate, throttle, or revoke API access if we detect misuse, excessive usage, security risk, or violation of this Policy. 

16. Security Restrictions

You must not: 

  1. Attempt unauthorised access to Galla.app systems, accounts, APIs, databases, infrastructure, or networks. 
  2. Attempt to bypass authentication, permissions, billing limits, or access controls. 
  3. Test, scan, or probe system vulnerabilities without written permission. 
  4. Introduce malware, ransomware, spyware, viruses, worms, trojans, or harmful code. 
  5. Conduct denial-of-service attacks or load attacks. 
  6. Interfere with service availability, performance, or security. 
  7. Access, export, modify, delete, or disclose data without authorisation. 
  8. Use another person’s login credentials. 
  9. Share passwords or admin accounts. 
  10. Misuse support access, demo accounts, trial accounts, or test environments. 
  11. Hide, manipulate, delete, or bypass audit logs. 
  12. Use Galla.app to attack, scan, spam, scrape, or compromise third-party systems. 

Security testing is allowed only through our Responsible Disclosure Policy or with prior written authorisation.

17. Platform Abuse and Resource Abuse

You must not use Galla.app in a way that damages platform stability, performance, availability, or fair usage. 

Prohibited activities include: 

  1. Excessive automated requests. 
  2. Bulk imports beyond plan limits. 
  3. Unauthorised mass exports. 
  4. High-volume API usage beyond agreed limits. 
  5. Abusive campaign sending. 
  6. Excessive storage usage. 
  7. Generating unnecessary logs or traffic. 
  8. Repeated failed login attempts. 
  9. Circumventing usage limits. 
  10. Creating multiple accounts to bypass plan restrictions. 
  11. Using trial accounts for production abuse. 
  12. Using the platform for stress testing without approval. 
  13. Uploading files or data intended to overload the system. 
  14. Using Galla.app in a way that affects other customers. 

We may apply throttling, rate limits, storage limits, fair-use limits, feature restrictions, or suspension to protect the platform.

18. Content Restrictions 

You must not upload, transmit, store, generate, publish, or distribute content through Galla.app that is: 

  1. Illegal. 
  2. Fraudulent. 
  3. Misleading. 
  4. Defamatory. 
  5. Harassing. 
  6. Threatening. 
  7. Abusive. 
  8. Hateful. 
  9. Discriminatory. 
  10. Sexually exploitative. 
  11. Violent or extremist. 
  12. Infringing intellectual property rights. 
  13. Invasive of privacy. 
  14. Harmful to minors. 
  15. Promoting self-harm or violence. 
  16. Promoting illegal goods or services. 
  17. Containing malware or harmful code. 
  18. Intended to deceive recipients or customers. 
  19. Violating WhatsApp, ecommerce, marketplace, payment gateway, email, SMS, or other third-party policies. 

19. Intellectual Property Restrictions

You must not use Galla.app to infringe intellectual property rights. 

You must not: 

  1. Upload copyrighted content without permission. 
  2. Sell counterfeit products. 
  3. Misuse trademarks, logos, brand names, or product images. 
  4. Copy Galla.app software, design, workflows, dashboards, reports, or documentation. 
  5. Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works of Galla.app. 
  6. Use Galla.app screenshots, designs, or documentation to build a competing product. 
  7. Remove or alter copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices. 
  8. Use another company’s branding to mislead customers. 
  9. Upload product listings or ecommerce content that violates third-party rights. 

If we receive credible intellectual property complaints, we may remove content, restrict access, or suspend relevant services. 

20. User Account and Access Restrictions

You are responsible for all activity under your account. 

You must not: 

  1. Share user accounts. 
  2. Share admin passwords. 
  3. Allow unauthorised persons to use your account. 
  4. Create fake users. 
  5. Use another person’s credentials. 
  6. Keep access active for employees who have left. 
  7. Give unnecessary admin access. 
  8. Use weak passwords. 
  9. Ignore security alerts. 
  10. Circumvent user limits. 
  11. Misrepresent user identity. 
  12. Create accounts using false information. 

You must promptly notify us if you suspect account compromise, unauthorised access, exposed API keys, or misuse. 

21. Misrepresentation and Impersonation 

You must not: 

  1. Impersonate another person, business, brand, government agency, vendor, partner, or customer. 
  2. Misrepresent your business identity. 
  3. Misrepresent your affiliation with Treewalker Digital Private Limited. 
  4. Use misleading sender names, WhatsApp profiles, email identities, business names, logos, or domains. 
  5. Create fake customer, vendor, payment, invoice, or ecommerce records. 
  6. Mislead customers about products, services, offers, pricing, delivery, refunds, or warranties. 
  7. Use Galla.app to create or support fake businesses. 

22.  Anti-Spam Rules

You must not use Galla.app to send spam or unauthorised bulk communication. 

This applies to: 

  1. WhatsApp messages. 
  2. SMS. 
  3. Email. 
  4. Push notifications. 
  5. Ecommerce communication. 
  6. Customer service messages. 
  7. Campaigns. 
  8. Automated messages. 
  9. API-triggered messages. 

You must ensure: 

  1. Recipients have consented where required. 
  2. Contact lists are lawfully collected. 
  3. Messages identify your business accurately. 
  4. Messages are relevant and not deceptive. 
  5. Opt-out requests are honoured. 
  6. Frequency is reasonable. 
  7. Complaint rates are monitored. 
  8. Platform rules are followed. 

We may suspend messaging features if your usage causes spam complaints, account restrictions, policy violations, or reputational risk. 

23. Data Export and Download Restrictions 

You must not export, download, copy, or share data from Galla.app except for authorised business purposes. 

You must not: 

  1. Export customer data for unauthorised marketing. 
  2. Share data with unauthorised persons. 
  3. Download data before leaving a company without permission. 
  4. Use exports to harm customers, employees, vendors, or competitors. 
  5. Sell exported data. 
  6. Use exported data outside the scope of consent or lawful basis. 
  7. Export another customer’s data. 
  8. Use mass exports to bypass subscription restrictions. 
  9. Store exported data insecurely. 
  10. Upload exported data to unauthorised third-party tools. 

24. AI, Automation, and Bots 

If Galla.app provides AI, automation, rule-based workflows, recommendations, dashboards, alerts, or integrations with AI tools, you must use them responsibly. 

You must not: 

  1. Use automation for spam. 
  2. Use bots to bypass limits. 
  3. Use AI-generated content to mislead customers. 
  4. Use AI to generate fake invoices, fake reviews, fake offers, or fraudulent claims. 
  5. Use AI to unlawfully profile individuals. 
  6. Use AI outputs without human review for legal, tax, billing, financial, warehouse, or compliance decisions. 
  7. Use automation to overload Galla.app or third-party systems. 
  8. Use AI or automation to violate WhatsApp, marketplace, payment gateway, or ecommerce platform policies. 

You remain responsible for all content, decisions, messages, reports, workflows, and actions created through automation or AI-enabled features. 

25. Trial, Demo, and Free Account Restrictions 

Trial, demo, pilot, or free accounts may be subject to additional restrictions. 

You must not use trial, demo, or free accounts to: 

  1. Run production operations without approval. 
  2. Send bulk campaigns. 
  3. Store sensitive customer data. 
  4. Process illegal or high-risk data. 
  5. Bypass subscription fees. 
  6. Create multiple accounts to avoid limits. 
  7. Test security without approval. 
  8. Misrepresent your identity. 
  9. Run unlawful business activity. 
  10. Use features beyond the intended trial or demo scope. 

We may suspend or delete trial, demo, or free accounts at our discretion. 

26. Customer Admin Responsibility

Customer admins are responsible for: 

  1. Managing users. 
  2. Assigning roles.

27. Monitoring and Investigation 

Treewalker Digital Private Limited may monitor usage of Galla.app to protect the platform, customers, users, and third-party providers. 

We may review: 

  1. Account activity. 
  2. Login activity. 
  3. API usage. 
  4. Messaging volumes. 
  5. Campaign behaviour. 
  6. Error logs. 
  7. Security events. 
  8. Integration logs. 
  9. Storage usage. 
  10. Support reports. 
  11. Abuse complaints. 
  12. Third-party provider notices. 
  13. Suspicious activity. 
  14. Reported violations. 

We may investigate suspected violations of this Policy, Terms of Service, third-party policies, or applicable law.

28. Enforcement Actions 

If we believe that you have violated this Policy, we may take one or more of the following actions:

  16. Report unlawful activity to relevant authorities where required. 
  17. Take legal action. 

We may act without prior notice where urgent action is required to prevent harm, legal risk, security risk, third-party enforcement, spam, fraud, data breach, or platform disruption. 

29. Suspension of Messaging Features

We may immediately suspend WhatsApp, SMS, email, or campaign features if: 

  1. You send spam. 
  2. You upload unauthorised contact lists. 
  3. You receive high complaint, block, or opt-out rates. 
  4. You violate WhatsApp, SMS, email, or marketing rules. 
  5. Your account is restricted by a messaging provider. 
  6. Your campaigns create legal or reputational risk. 
  7. You send misleading, fraudulent, harmful, or prohibited content. 
  8. You fail to honour opt-outs. 
  9. You attempt to bypass messaging limits. 
  10. You use messaging features for illegal activities.

30. Suspension of API or Integration Access 

We may suspend API keys, webhooks, integrations, or developer access if: 

  1. API usage exceeds agreed limits. 
  2. API usage creates security or performance risk. 
  3. Credentials are exposed or compromised. 
  4. APIs are used for scraping, spam, fraud, or misuse. 
  5. Integrations violate third-party terms. 
  6. Integration activity causes data mismatch, instability, or risk. 
  7. We detect unauthorised access attempts. 
  8. Integration activity affects other customers or platform stability.

31. Reporting Violations 

If you become aware of misuse of Galla.app, please report it immediately. 

Reports may include:

  2. Fraudulent accounts. 
  3. Fake invoices. 
  4. Data misuse. 
  5. Security issues. 
  6. Unauthorised access. 
  7. API abuse. 
  8. Illegal product listings. 
  9. Phishing or impersonation. 
  10. Content violations. 
  11. Third-party policy violations.

32. Appeals 

If your account or feature is suspended under this Policy, you may request a review by contacting us.

  6. Evidence supporting your appeal. 
  7. Confirmation that future use will comply with this Policy. 

Treewalker Digital Private Limited may approve, reject, or conditionally restore access at its discretion. 

Restoration is not guaranteed, especially where there is legal risk, repeated violation, security risk, third-party restriction, or unresolved misuse. 

33. Customer Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Treewalker Digital Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, suppliers, and partners from claims, losses, liabilities, penalties, regulatory actions, damages, costs, and expenses arising from: 

  1. Your violation of this Policy. 
  2. Your unlawful use of Galla.app. 
  3. Your violation of applicable law. 
  4. Your unlawful collection or use of personal data. 
  5. Your unauthorised WhatsApp, SMS, email, or marketing communication. 
  6. Your use of purchased, scraped, stolen, or unauthorised contact lists. 
  7. Your fake, fraudulent, or unlawful invoices, billing records, tax records, ecommerce listings, or warehouse records. 
  8. Your sale of illegal, counterfeit, restricted, or prohibited goods. 
  9. Your violation of WhatsApp, payment gateway, ecommerce, marketplace, logistics, ERP, SMS, email, or other third-party terms. 
  10. Your security failures, credential sharing, API key exposure, or internal misuse. 
  11. Claims from your customers, employees, vendors, suppliers, buyers, recipients, or business partners. 

34. No Waiver

Failure by Treewalker Digital Private Limited to enforce any part of this Policy does not mean that we waive our right to enforce it later. 

We may choose how and when to enforce this Policy based on severity, risk, evidence, customer history, legal obligations, and platform impact. 

35. Changes to this Policy 

We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect: 

  1. Changes in Galla.app products. 
  2. Changes in laws or regulations. 
  3. Changes in WhatsApp, payment gateway, ecommerce, marketplace, logistics, or third-party platform rules.
